Fact v Hypothesis
I’ve been working massive amounts of overtime this week, so I haven’t had a lot of time to post. I’m taking the easy way out and posting a quote without a whole lot of commentary. So…um…here goes:
A fact is a simple statement that everyone believes. It is innocent, unless found guilty. A hypothesis is a novel suggestion that no one wants to believe. It is guilty, until found effective. – Edward Teller
